My local gaming store has it for 17 bucks. Is it worth that?

Do you have to have a separate subscription other then XBL to play it?

Can you play it offline?

Is there voiceovers and such like Oblivion?

I've played it and WoW and I prefer WoW. The menu system is really clunky.
