We get it. We know who likes what, and that the opinions of said posters will never change unless something earth-shattering happens. There is no reason to go into a thread and start a pointless arguement that accomplishes nothing.

Also, I'd like to point out ahead of time that "It's my opinion and I have the right to post it" is probably one of the weakest, most retarded arguements in the history of the internet, so go ahead and say it, if you are a retard.

There's been too many ROH/Japan threads popping up other than their official discussion threads. I know the fans of ROH/Japan want to try and get these promotions some more attention, so let's not complain now that attention is being given (and most of us now realize it sucks)

It's called the wrestling forum, not the wwe forum.

God forbid a discussion of wrestling takes place on a wrestling forum. But I agree that it is pointless to argue, especially considering no one is budging (and in their own mind for the right reasons).

The problem is that the disscusion has been the same, involving the same individuals, with the same arguements, for quite a while now. I just want be able to go into a ROH thread and not see a bunch of pro-WWE posters shitting all over it, taking the thread completely off-topic for 5 pages, when it doesn't even involve WWE whatsoever. And vice-versa.

I honestly don't know why such a thread was created. Like I said, it's the wrestling forum, not the WWE forum. If you want to talk about a ROH wrestler, or an upcoming show, make a thread about it.

To be honest, the current discussion has actually changed because the pro-Jap/RoH guy have been making wilder claims of the stature of RoH. Also, I have made arrangements to see some of RoH's materal to make more informed judgement on RoH. So the discussion has changed.

I hate that a discussion about Takeshi Morishima being looked into by the WWE turns into a "Ew, he's an foreign guy and works for ROH, he must suck" discussion.

That's true, but they didn't really need to turn it into an anti-ROH thing. Anti-Morishima would be more appropriate.
