Today I had a patron complain that we were out of the baby forumla she uses for her brat kid. I didn't care and I gave her the standard BS.
Another person said we were out of the only kind of dog food her dog can eat. I died a little on the inside and then ordered 20 cases of it right there knowing I'm going to get written up for sending a late order.
So go on, show dead kids, as long as it's not a dead dog.
