Don West is not only the worst announcer of all time, he officially made Tovo's Top 10 Worst Things in Professional Wrestling History list, to which he was ranked #4 I think.

Stevie Ray was pretty bad, but so awesome at the same time. I haven't not enjoyed an announcer as much as Don West. I even enjoyed Lita on Heat more than Don West.
