This is an acoustic guitar tab. Now knowing not a whole lot about guitars I am under the presumption that I hold down ........


my middle finger on the first string on the 3rd fret. my ring finger on the second string on the 3rd fret. my index finger on the third string on the 2nd fret.

Then I strum all 4 strings. CORRECT? or do I get a WTF look

Do you know how to play a rgular D chord, like so

That has your middle finger on the 1st string, ring finger on the 2nd string, and index finger on the 3rd string.

You pinky is still open

Put your pinky on the first string, 3rd fret.

That way if you pull off your pinky, you are playing a regular D chord

But seriously, download the program "Guitar Pro". It's used to tab out songs and make midi files and whatnot, but it also has just about every scale there is, every chord, a metronome, etc, etc... You can basically learn how to play guitar with Guitar Pro alone. It has a thing where you can increase tempo over a specified period of time if you want to practice soloing, riffing, or whatever.</font> :y:

very easy song.. I cant read music only tablature or if im told the note to play i have a good basis ive been playing since i was 15
