What's sad is, it's a half-truth.

Kids will generally buy whatever they sell the most of.

Marks will buy whoever's on top.

Women are a small demographic, and losing the adult male demographic to get better sales from the women is like putting out a five hundred dollar reward on a nickel. Not to mention men 18-35 are WWE's bread and butter in ratings, and they're not buying the product anywhere near where they were.

But it's partially true, and so they will cleave to it.

Women dont actually go out and buy it. Half of the time its most likely their boyfriend who forgot to buy her a decent present for her birthday or w.e and will give her a cena shirt woohoo. Unless of course (may sound shallow but..) its a fat chick. They are the ones waiting in line for "The Marine", fist fighting over the last XXXL Cena shirt, and are the only voices in the crowd chanting "Lets go Cena". May seem whiney about it but there is like 5 I can name right now who go to my school

It's by no means a statistic, but I do know at least one passively hot chick that is absolutely obsessed with Cena. She was wearing a Cena shirt when I met her. She knows his birthday, for shit's sake.
