So does Orton now hold the shortest World championship reign (I'm counting any major world title)? I'm guessing, from the start of the night, he held it for no more than 30 minutes.

It brings new meaning to the term "Orton'd"...

Andre the Giant was like 45 seconds.

Also, Yokozuna lost it to Hogan in about 2 minutes after he beat Bret Hart.

It was shorter than Kane's reign, thats for sure. But I think Yokozuna has the shortest ever reign.

Forgot about that.

WWE- Andres was the shortest as he gave it up right after he won it
WCW- Sting beat DDP to win the title on a Nitro in 99 and lost in back to DDP in a fatal 4 way match the same night
ECW- It depends on the match length here: Dreamer beat Tazz to win the ECW title and Cyberslam 00 and lost it 15 minutes later to Justin Credible. It also might have been Sandman at Gulity as Charged 2001 as well because he lost the ECW title to Rhino after winning a title match before.
