At the time Brock was on RAW and the champ went from brand to brand.

I remember Steph stole Brock from Bischoff before the title match

the ref at SummerSlam was a SD! ref

Was it before? Either way The Rock wasn't SD! exclusive at the time so it doesn't really matter, but I thought they announced Brock was stolen from RAW the night after the match...

hmmm interesting, I'm thinking he walked into Steph's limo after RAW without the title. If it was after the (SS) match, he'd have the title

Rock/Brock match.

Brock Lesnar was still on RAW at the time of his title match with Rock because he went to SD the night after. The night after SS Triple H won some sort of contender's match to get a shot at the title and at the end of the show steph was in the parking lot and Bisch was bragging about having the #1 Contender on his show and steph asked him #1 contender to what cause the champ was going to SD and never gonna be seen on RAW again thus Bisch brings out the World Heavyweight Title the next week and awards it to Triple H.

Just to prove my point:

MAIN EVENT #1 CONTENDERSHIP: Triple H vs Undertaker..
Late in the match, referee Earl Hebner gets squashed in the corner and is out cold!
Lesnar runs down and distracts the Undertaker..
Triple H tries to take advantage..
Lesnar steps inside the ring and nails Undertaker with the title belt!
Triple H draps his arm accross Undertaker's chest, for the 1...2.....3!


BACKSTAGE: Stephanie McMahon & Eric Bischoff + Brock/Heyman..
Eric tells Steph to get the hell out of his building!
Eric brags about how historic his show was..
Eric says that he has the #1 Contender on his show!
Brock Lesnar walks up and gets inside the limosine..
Steph says that the champion chooses WHERE and WHEN to wrestle..
Steph says that she pays Brock a lot of money to be EXCLUSIVE to SMACKDOWN!
Steph says that RAW will never have an UNDISPUTED CHAMPION ever again..

How about Undertaker vs Mark Henry at Unforgiven 2007, Brock vs Big Show at Judgement Day 2003, Brock vs Undertaker at No Mercy 2002 and Unforgiven 2002.

As for the Rock/Brock feud, I'm pretty sure that after a Rock/Eddie match on Raw, Lesnar threw the Undisputed title at the Rock's feet and then Lesnar got drafted to Smackdown. But then once Brock won the Undisputed title the following night on Raw, Brock was back on Raw, but then Stephanie mcMahon announced that the undisputed title became exclusive to Smackdown.
