I live at a hostel with my friends. I go back home every month and seriously enjoy Daughtry's "I am going Home" song.

did they use that going home song during some wwe promo lately?

I know they used a Daughtry song for Backlash. But I dont think it was home.

4/5 Alot of his best songs on CD aren't released and probably won't be. The ones that have people resent as they are overplayed. He has a song on the CD with Slash from Guns and Roses. Good Stuff.

I dunno. I've actually decided to give him a spin since I heard you make the claim, and while I have only listened to about 8 of the songs, Daughtry sounds like the worst (Or in the latter case, most boring) elements of Nickelback and Fuel. And maybe that does something for you, but I'm most of the way through the CD, and the pinnacle was probably the first track.

Even the slash track was boring and lackluster, through no real fault of Slash. Daughtry is just prettyboring. Unless the last track of the disc is pretty mindblowing or something.

Actually I felt the same way after the first time I listened to the CD but guess just grew on me. I am a Fuel fan too, so maybe just a thing for me but after I listen through a few times I enjoy the CD. There are a few stinkers on there don't get me wrong but may just take listening more then once.

He is coming to play at my school sometime within next 2 weeks I'd guess. Obviously since I don't know I have zero interest in seeing him. Like 2 years ago they brought in Bob Dylan, now they bring in Daughtry, made lame stuff.

I like Fuel, but this just seems lame and derivative more than anything else.

I'll probably pick up the CD once it gets down to .75 USD, so as I can own the couple of songs I like, so maybe I'll catch onto it with multiple reasons.

yeah... if u like Daughtry, there is a compilation series you should check out called "Euro Club Hits" --

it's pretty clear that dance music is coming back around the world -- just check the recent big American hip-hop and R&B hits which are clear rip-offs of the european dance style.....
