I believe Judgment Day was the first (normally single-brand PPV) to feature them all.

wrong, it was Backlash that was the first PPV to feature all three brands

Yup the single brand PPVs lasted starting with Badd Blood in June 03 (a RAW brand PPV) The joint brands started happening again altogether starting at Backlash 07.

Pretty sure we can all thank December to Dismember's failure leading to EVERY pay per view to be a joint one.

You're right. I knew it was the one after Mania, don't know why I said Judgment Day.
