Read somewhere that the date of October 28, 2007 is 2 years, 2 months, and 2 days after the last time Jericho appeared on WWE programming. That wouldn't be the Raw he lost to Cena, but it would be the following Smackdown in which his loss was recapped on the Raw Rebound.
