The ratings for next week's Raw...
Maybe I just passed it up but I didn't see a thread for the newest SAVE_US video. This video had one phrase that stuck out... SAVE_US.X29. Blah blah blah, 10=X, 29th is Monday, blah blah blah, mark out mark out mark out, fap fap fap.
Now this might make the Jericho buzz spread out a lot faster if people start talking about do. Since they've "hinted" towards Jericho making his return on Raw, how will the ratings work out? |
If he doesnt debut on Cyber Sunday, I expect Raw to get a great rating.

It's going to be interesting. Hopefully they chuck him striaght in with Orton |
2.7 and thus will cause SaveUs.222 to get the axe.
|
2.22
Now that would be Ironic |

22.2 |
2.8 average.

Incidently, even though everyone "knows" it's Jericho, SAVE_US hasn't brought ratings up even once, not even when everyone "knew" "Jericho" would return at No Mercy.
Does anyone believe that, Jericho or not, Ratings will spike? |

As for the Raw ratings, yeah you’re right you would of expected them to be higher, with the last message it looks like they are hinting at a Monday debut, most of the internet fans would know about this, and as Jericho is universally one of the nets favourite wrestlers, you would hope for a small rise, but I’m not expecting anything huge. If anything the week after his debut might show a decent rise, as casuals who liked him and are not expecting him may hear about it and tune in the following week. |

I doubt the casuals are going to tune ni for one guy, either. Not unless it's Austin or the Rock. Wrestling is just bad these days, and casuals do't want any part of it. |
So in short, there 'might' be a small increase, but it's not going to be anything higher than a few decimals at best
|
A few decimals is a huge increase, you know.
Especially in the current environment. |
swear on everything that i had a dream he showed up on RAW. I have this thought in the back of my head that yhis return is the begnning of a change. Slowly, just like in '96, i see the 'wave' of the new era coming with the likes of Rhodes, MVP, the Hardys, Orton, Cena, Santino, Carlito, (wish they still had that guy that went t Harvard), CM, Morrison, Burke, etc. I'm personally excited for it b/c i won't feel 'old' watching wrestling.
|
Jericho's come back will easily top the 222 mark...that's right, Jericho can a actually get more ratings than there are TV sets. Don't ask how, just know that it is an act of Saving_US!!!one!!!1!!11!!!
|
at cyber sunday they should have Jericho.9PM flash in the next SAVE US video. Big Ratings.
|
Do any casual, or former fans know dick all about this save us thing?

Both the smarks and the company itself use this to explain how, on the one hand, every fan seems tuned in to things and on the other, how smarks are a rabid minority. So I can only properly answer you by saying that yes, they do, and no they don't. ....In reality, it's a lot less clear. Wrestling news spreads through word of mouth, primarily. When these promos started coming, no doubt word of mouth started spreading. The real question is how much, but we are to believe a set of two almost mutually exclusive points of view on a whim, so there's no real way of telling. |
The problem I have with it is it's not really interesting. When the Jericho countdown thing started that was cool. But DOS looking computer shit with a saveus_29 or whatever the fuck it is doesn't really seem enticing. There's no real hook to it. THe countdown had a hook.
|
Which is fine, but it seems among internet fans you're a minority. I don't know about casuals, because we don't have any real themometer.
Honestly, I'm curious, but not much more interested than you are. I also have a theory that it's Gail Kim. |
Remember when the wwe cared about the internet smarks?
This save us thing doesn't interest me as a casual fan. Had I not come to this website I probably wouldn't even know about it. I woulda seen it a couple times and been like wtf. |
I don't even remember when WWE cared about their viewers.

SAVE_US.X29
SAVE_US refers to Jesus Christ. The X is a cross with which he was crucified with and 2+9=12. The 12 days of Christmas!!! |
...*slow clap*

I don't think there will be any rise in ratings and if the ratings do rise, it will only be by the slightest margin.
In a 222 related note, I came across this http://alexa.com/data/details/traffi...ls?url=wwe.com it tells you the ranking of the site based on its traffic. WWE.com is ranked as 222. 99.9% chance that was set up. |

All I know about him returning tonight...besides the whole date thing in the video...
On the website now they have an article about Triple H in a 2 on 1 match. There is a line in it that says that "Does Triple H stand a chance against his two opponents tonights" If you lick on two on the page then it sends you to the saveus 222 video...but then again the same thing went for Balls Mahoney a week or so ago so this really means nothing. |
Ya know, I think if WWE wanted to spike the ratings, if Jericho comes back tonight wwe.com would "let it slip."
Anyone remember how the ratings war ended? WCW gave away the results for Raw. Even if they could let it slip an hour early there would be asses in seats. |
They don't really have a venue to make that happen, though. Plus, they don't have a lead-in that is going to draw the same kind of audience.
They could have actually left some concrete hints, instead of the speculation that's pissed off the tards twice already. |
