LMFAO ***Spoilers to A Lion's Tale***
 

Okay, this shit seriously made me laugh, so I'm sharing it with those who don't plan on reading Chris Jericho's book, or feel like getting a small sampler.

A few days later when Art (Barr) came up to my room to tell me how awesome Piper thought he (not both of us) had done in the movie, I couldn't figure why he'd brought a little kid with him.

Art made me uncomfortable as he swore and talked his typical shit in front of this child, who couldn't have been more than 10 years old. The kid looked like Chicken Little, and five feet tall and weighing no more than 130 poinds, standing silent with a big perma-smile on his face. I almost had a heart attack when Art pulled out a joint and asked me for a light.

"What are you doing, man? Not in front of the kid! Why are you hanging out with him in the first place?"

Art laughed and explained that the kid was actually eighteen years old and was a wrestler. I looked at his scrawny build and thought, "Bless his tiny heart...he doesn't stand a chance."

I asked to see some ID and when he showed it to me, he said in perfect English, "I'm a fan of your work and I'm looking forward to wrestling you someday."

I nodded and thought that the kid would be lucky to carry my ring jacket, let alone work with me. But I ended up working with him dozens of times when he became Rey Mysterio Jr., the greatest high-flyer of all time.

Rey on his new DVD praised Jericho for his in-ring ability and charsima/ego. But the cracked out statement Rey said on the DVD was about his match with Jushin Liger at Starrcade 96. He called Liger a ''rising star'' yet Liger had already been big for about 6-7 years before then!

LOL, didn't anyone ever see Rey when he first went to WCW? He looked like a kid.

There is more going into this one, and not as funny, but still good. This one is Jericho meeting Fit Finley for the first time in Germany.

...he (Fit Finley) said, "What are you doing here?"

"I'm wrestling in Hamburg right now,"

Finley smiled his gap-toothed grin. "Give those guys in Hamburg a message for me," he said cheerily.

"Sure," I replied just as cheerily.

"Tell those cunts to fuck off."

I returned to Hamburg and told everyone that Finlay had wished them will in their future endeavors.

Again, not as impressive as the previous quote, but still.

There is actually a picture of him in the book without the mask where I thought he was a fan asking for a photo till I looked closer. He really is freaking small.

You kidding? My brother was walking through the living room a couple years ago when my friend and I were watchign wrestling. He looked at Rey, stacking up to about Waist Height on Christian, and asked if that was a child.

He's just a roided up child.

Jericho is awesome. I can't wait to get his book.

Did anyone see what Rey looked like before going to the WWE, without a mask.

I saw a bit of a shoot interview with him from what looked like a few years ago, and he looked like a 15 year faggot, actually looked gay, like if he saw Neil Patrick Harris, he would try and dry himp his leg.

Well he did have that 1999-2001 period in WCW where he didn't wear the mask.

I wasn't aware people were still watch WCW. This was Rey in his street clothes, and such.

Mysterio is the shit!!! Oh and losing the mask in WCW was far and away the worst part of his career....well...except when he was rapping Eddie' name...but that wasn't a storyline...

The sad thing is, in Mexico, Rey wrestled as a Super Heavyweight.

Bischoff threatened to fire Rey for refusing to lose the classic mask match against Eddie at HH. They eventually reached an agreement where Rey would win the match and keep his mask for a while but would eventually lose his mask (which he did)

To be honest I reckon Rey Mysterio would fuck most of you chattin shit about him in a real fight

Jericho's book is sex.

Just finished. Was honestly slow at times, but for the most part was a great read...definately had it's moments.
