Yeah, I know what Biscuits are. Believe it or not, if you grow up in Maine, there are a lot of colloquialisms you pick up that are chiefly British; Fag, Biscuits, and rubber are three I can name off the top of my head.

Lol I agree though. Our food is shit. Crappy portions, unfresh. Pay way too much for it.

Also, I don't know how common this is, but my parents say "Mum," And I don't hear that much outside British folks. We're a weird region. :D

I'm not much into "down home country food" (forgot where I heard that term) but I like biscuts and gravy.
Albeit if by biscut, one means cookie, that would be pretty gross.

Sweet! I found another place that isn't Denny's that has biscuts and gravy! Also, I can get a half order (since they do HUGE orders), which means I know what I'm doing for breakfast tomorrow!
