Anyone else dissapointed by the WWE recently?
 

I don't know if anyone here will share my feelings, but I think that the WWE has recently been one huge disappointment after another! :n:

First, we have a promising angle of a lost McMahon son, which I thought would be awesome and it ends up being Hornswoggle? :n: :n: :mad: :n: :n: That is the STUPIDEST outcome to a storyline that I have seen in years of watching wrestling. Out of all the people on the roster, out of all possible people in the wrestling industry, it turns out to be the worst possible choice, Hornswoggle. WWE just took a potential huge money maker angle and drained it down the toilet. WWE basically threw away the potential money to be made on this and not only that, but it spit in the face of loyal fans for yet another time. :foc:

Now wonder the ratings are going down!

But that's not the only disappointment in the wwe recently. We had a promising new opportunity for a fresh start on Smackdown and WWE chose to go with...THE GREAT KHALI? :n: :n: :n: Out of the whole roster, this is ONE man that should have been fired before he debuted. There is no worth to him and the mere fact that he held the world devalues it to a new low. Thankfully WWE came to their senses and ended this tirade of disappointment and gave the title to a great "new generation" superstar, Batista.

But wait! WWE can't wait to disappont us again. Now, I know, a lot of fans are glad that a new generation wrestler like BATISTA :y: is champ again on Smackdown, so I have a feeling WWE is cooking up another disappointment in the form of The Undertaker. :n: Come on. The Undertaker? The guy is way too old to be getting into the ring! He should go into announcing or something like JBL. His time has passed, he is an old man and should NOT be stealing the spotlight of new generation stars like John Cena or Batista. :y:

Speaking of which, this reminds me of another disappointment. Undertaker beating Batista clean at Wrestlemania. :n: I know, I know, streak, but still, you know what this did? It just made Batista look like CRAP and an old guy that should be retired made to look better than him. No ones buying it, Taker should just retire already, GAH, I'm so sick of him hogging the main event and getting wins over guys like Batista. If they wanted to have Taker win at Wrestlemania, why not pair him off with ANOTHER old clod like Mark Henry instead of DAMAGING the career of a new generation wrestler like Batista!

It makes no sense and it has been incredibly dissapointing how WWE has been booking lately.

I am sure a lot of you will agree that WWE needs to end the Undertaker/Batista feud by having Batista completely destroy the Undertaker and cement himself as "The Man" and Undertaker should take time off or preferably retire. Also, He should take Mark Henry with him. There is no point to having that CLOD Mark Henry on the damn show! He is useless. :n: :n:

I mean, WWE fires Chris Masters and keeps Mark Henry? MIND BOGGLING! Chris Masters was a fresh character with TONS of potential and WWE goes and fires him and MARK HENRY????? :n: :n: is still on the roster! We all know what Mark Henry can do, Hint : CRAP! and hopefully Chris Masters will return and get a good push some time after WWE comes to their senses.:y:

Now it seems I am focusing on Smackdown too much and I am, because that show's main event scene, sans Batista, is crap. I really hope WWE sends Bobby Lashley :y: to Smackdown when he comes back because Smackdown really needs fresh new stars.

Now on Raw, things are better if you ignore the terrible nonsense of Hornswoggle being revealed as Vince's son.

Of course, you got Jericho coming back...but you know what, Save Us should NOT be Jericho. Its such a good build up and something that can elevate a new young star that I think it should be used for something new, something fresh. Jericho doesnt need this build up, everyone knows who he is, and he will get a good reaction regardless of what WWE does...so they should use it on someone fresh and new. But I think its just going to be another dissapointment when Jericho comes out.

The only good thing about it is that it boosts Raw which has been in a decline ever since John Cena and Bobby Lashley got injured. The show has no direction. Randy Orton is a decent champ, but he is no John Cena. At least WWE has been bringing back Austin which is great, but its a short term fix. Now, Raw is pretty fine compared to Smackdown so I'll give WWE that, but they really need to work on Smackdown and to get rid of all these disappontments.

Lets just hope WWE doesnt screw up the Blue Show too by having Oldertaker win the gold. Gah.

I caught Batista is the future and being held back by the Undertaker. Chris Masters shouldn't have been fired because he had TONS of potential. Bobby Lashley is a rising star. Save_us should NOT be Jericho. And Orton is a decent champ, but hes no John Cena.

Comparing Masters and Henry is like deciding whether you want to be vomited on (Masters) or shit on (Henry). Either way it's going to be REALLY unpleasant but I think, forcibly given the choice, most would take vomit.

Have u been UNDER A ROCK for the past several years? Cena and Batista have been the top dogs for a while now. Cena and Batista is synchronous to The Rock and Stone Cold of the 90's or Hulk Hogan and Ultimate Warrior of the past. These guys are here to stay and they DEFINE this generations and will continue to define it for the future.

The only reason Cena isnt still champ is because he got injured. I know u are all jealous of Batista and Cena but come on, see the truth! These guys are going to continue to be on top of the company because face it, there aint nobody better to headline the company than Cena or Batista. I mean, who will use? Big FATTY V? Really, I do believe in Cena's abilities, he just has shit writing - he should have been turned heel two years ago. Batista, though, is pretty fucking terrible. Only thing he has going for him is his dancing.

Batita is a great wrestler he has had some great classics through his career so far. The guy knows how to get it done. And of course u nerds are probably jealous of Cena and Batista because they are fantastic succesfull wrestlers livin their dreams and they get all the chicks that u never could have dreamed of.

As far as ur alternatives, MVP is okay but he needs a better outfit, he looks like a power ranger. Punk is incredibly boring, but has potential. Kennedy is great and so is Jericho but, REMEMBER, Jericho hasnt been wrestling for YEARS. He needs some practice cause hes been out of tune with the biz so to speak. Also, Punk, MVP and Kennedy are merely OK, they dont have that superstar skill that Batista and Cena do. You can build a company around a man like Batista or a man like Cena because they draw crowds of fans. You cant build a company around MVP, Punk or Kennedy because they just arent in that league.

Batista had great matches with Taker, who is an old man so Batista did a good job there. He also had great matches with Triple H and even that huge turd Mark Henry.

I was waiting for you to bring up age. Batista is only about 5 years younger than Taker.

Also, great on adding ANOTHER wrestler (Triple H) who can get a good match out of a lot of people.
