How did the New/Old? Dx Split?
 

I can't remember how or why the Dx that consisted of HHH, X-Pac, Chyna, and the New Age Outlaws split up?

Please do not show me the video of them calling each other jackoffs ><.

Chyna low blowed HHH on a January 1999 episode of Raw, joining the Corporation in the process. This led to HHH Vs. Kane w/ Chyna at WrestleMania 15, and it was unveiled as a SWERVE~!, as she low blowed Kane and joined back up with Teh H. Later that night however, it was revealed to be a DUBBLE SWERVE~!, as HHH pedigreed X-Pac, costing him his match against Shane McMahon. So Kane was out of the Corporation, and HHH and Chyna were both in, thus splitting DX.

Chyna went to the Corporation slightly before Wrestlemania XV and then HHH joined at Mania. Billy Gunn left the Outlaws and then DX consisted of Road Dogg, X-Pac and sort of Kane, until DX reformed as the McMahon-Helmsley Faction/Regime/Factime.

Wasn't K-Kwik also in there at some point?

Pretty sure K-Kwik came in right after DX broke up.

K-Kwik teamed with Road Dogg for awhile, but this was after DX broke up. I think there was a Survivor Series team that was Road Dogg/K-Kwik/Mr. Ass/Chyna at one point, but they didn't do by DX.

Yeah Billy turned on Xpac at KotR by hitting him with a chair.

HHH reunites with Xpac, Road Dogg and Billy Gunn to reform DX with HHH as champ and them as heels. (because he was somewhat floundering)

2000: Billy Gunn gets injured and is kicked out in kayfabe
The group slowly dispands for no reason after the McMahon helmsely storyline.
They reunite for one night only on Raw to take on the radicals.
Road Dogg is released, Xpacs popularity goes to shit, Chyna quits and goes insane. Billy Gunn becomes The One and his career goes to shit

HHH continues on being a main eventer

At what point did they have the DX "reunion" and I used the term loosely, where they teasted Kane would be a part, only for Waltman to "turn" on him?

I've got to confess, it's kind of a blur to me.

That was sometime after HHH became champ during the McMahon/Helmsley era. DX had just reformed and Kane was teaming with X-Pac, but then X-Pac stole Torrie (not Wilson, the other Torrie). It was on an episode of the newly created Smackdown!, so probably late 99.

They reformed on Raw. The match was Rock and Austin vs The Oulaws. HHH came down and drew Austin away from the ring. X-pac came out of nowhere and did the wheel kick to Rock and The Outlaws pinned him. Then they put on the shirts and the music hit. It was actually pretty sweet.

It was right around the Fall of '99 before Survivor Series.

The McMahon-Helmesley era didn't start until late December 99. The thing with Kane happened the week after DX reformed in October. Xpac and Kane were a tag team at the time of DX randomly reforming to fued with Austin, and even though HHH was a heel, Xpac and Kane were faces.
So naturally, Xpac remained face and he was shown talking to Kane about "getting him in the group" and Kane was expected to join DX. I believe Kane was part of DX in an elimination tag match that night. Then he turned on him after a hot tag during the match and they fueded for like 6 months over it, and eventually Tori.

Oh yeah, forgot about the whole Armageddon 99 business.
