Orton is by far not the worst world champ in the past year.

I was really rooting for Orton to beat Cena a few months back, but now he's the Champ, I just don't buy it at all. I sometimes forget he's even there.

Hopefully Orton will beat Michaels semi-clean at SS, and give him back some heat, because for the last few months Orton has just been running away like a little bitch. The whole situation just screams 'transition champ'.

Khali and Henry are the cream of the crop in terms of bad champion choices. I mean, it's amusing to see someone whose hatred for Orton is such, but really, it's jhust further proof that opinions can flat out be wrong.

I've never been an Orton fan, but he's had good matches from time to time, whereas Khali makes Giant Gonzales look like Kurt Angle. Plus, Orton's win/loss record doesn't include a body count, which is another thing he's got over Khali.

When he was doing the whole "putting legends on the shelf" and he came to the ring for every match with that really serious kind of "psychotic" gaze on his face all the time, I was really liking his character. Seems since he got the belt all of a sudden he can't even hold his own anymore. Also, as much of a HBK mark as I am, getting Sweet Chin Music 5 weeks in a row from someone you supposedly put on the shelf and bragged about, looks really bad.

Give him his seriousness back. Maybe stick him in a feud with Carlito (since he's on his way out anyway) and have him bury Carlito just to make it look like he can do SOMETHING right. I had actually started getting into Orton vs Cena before Cena got hurt, and I can't stand almost any of Cena's work in the last 2 years, other than his 2 matches with HBK, and his 2 month thing with Edge. Hopefully they give Orton some character back and stop having him as just the guy that holds the belt. He has talent when he wants to (rest holds aside), and he has the ability to draw some serious heel heat. Potentially could be one of the top champs in the last 2 years (because aside from Cena, you're not talking about a whole lot of champs in 2 years), but it seems as if any interest in him as just died off.

Edit: Oh yeah, and Khali was the biggest mistake to ever be given a belt. He even held it upside down, let alone being entertaining in any form.

Think about it, it was a news story.
