When/Why...*TNA Question*

When and why did Tomko and AJ switch from being the Christian Coalition to the Angle Alliance? And are they still tight with Christian or are they done with him?

I realize I am asking someone to explain TNA logic to me here, but any help would be great.

Kane Knight 11-16-2007 06:28 PM

I think it was explained in the latest PPV thread.

Kane Knight 11-16-2007 06:28 PM

I'd help more, but I haven't paid much attention to TNA since Supernatural came back on.

Innovator 11-16-2007 06:46 PM

yeah AJ and Tomko helped Kurt at the last PPV, Karen recruited them. They ditched Christian then.

The One 11-16-2007 06:57 PM

Are they still friends with Christian? And/Or is Christian going to be getting a new posse?

Mr. Pierre 11-16-2007 07:20 PM

Christian just cut a promo on how Tomko and AJ can't follow instructions (since they costed him the ladder match at the PPV), and how it wasn't right to help Angle without consulting him first.

Then AJ had a promo saying that he never meant to hurt Christian, he loves Christian, etc etc.

Next, while Booker T was signing his contract, Christian came out and started a feud with him.

They announced that at Turning Point the main event is Nash/Hall/Joe vs. Angle/AJ/Tomko, and it looks like Booker/Christian is happening.

you know how TNA runs, there are good guys and bad guys....and they are all basically on those 2 teams, thats why they mesh so much, you forget that bad guys rent one whole stable.

Dorkchop 11-16-2007 08:20 PM

Shouldn't Christian feud with Tomco and AJ? Unless there's some sort of double swerve. I doubt it

Dorkchop 11-16-2007 08:30 PM

Well it would at least make sense.... but not in TNA world

BigDaddyCool 11-16-2007 08:58 PM

It all has to do with TNA liking cluster fuck matches.

Hanso Amore 11-16-2007 09:16 PM

TNA is an insult to clusterfucks

Kane Knight 11-16-2007 09:32 PM

You just don't understand ring psychology.

Hanso Amore 11-17-2007 11:08 AM

Sure I do, remember when Steamboat/Savage faced off at WM3 in a last man standing Electrified Bowflex on a pole Doomsday Slaughter Death Kill Cage Match that finished when Savage did a 450 Plancha onto the Entire Heenan Family who were out fighting HAcksaw Jim Duggan who was Savages secret partner?

Kane Knight 11-17-2007 11:14 AM

No no no no....

Ring Psychology is all abotu not selling big moves with a lot of impact. Don't you know anything?

Really? I thought that went for the new ECW, too...

Evil Vito 11-17-2007 07:48 PM

The opening really made no sense at all. AJ and Tomko are randomly aligned with Angle now, brawl ensues, whole face locker room empties. WTF?

hb2k 11-18-2007 05:44 PM

I'm not feeling really witty today, so I'll just get it over with -

I hate TNA.

DAMN iNATOR 11-18-2007 05:46 PM

What really annoys me about them is that every time they bring in a former WWE star, like Booker, Cage, etc. they (TNA) always seem to give them trons/vids and music that closely resembles what they used in WWE. Is TNA's production really that horrendous?:nono: :nono: :nono:

#BROKEN Hasney 11-18-2007 07:20 PM

Well, AJ said that he made a call as captain to side with Angle because it would make the Christian Coalition stronger with Angle on board and he loves Christian so would not do anything to hurt him. Tomko just followed AJ's orders.

It makes sense, as long as it's referenced next week, which it probably won't be knowing TNA.....

Indifferent Clox 11-19-2007 03:06 PM

It all makes sense if you keep up with it regulary and read the PPV spoilers or order the ppv. You're missing out.

owenbrown 11-19-2007 03:08 PM

Trying to explain TNA is like trying to explain rocket science to a 3-year-old. They don't understand shit.

hb2k 11-19-2007 04:39 PM

Explaining TNA is more like trying to explain to someone that gravity isn't real. It's impossible to do, and they stop giving a fuck after fifteen seconds when they realise it's all absurd.
