I'm sure it'll turn into something absolutely ridiculous, but I'm planning on having a few beers while watching it, so I won't be devastated.

Any predictions?

in wcw they made rey a "giant killer" and he went up against the big show (Giant at the time) ..was like pretty horrible even by wcw standards.

You know this won't be a straight up match. Something outrageous is likely to happen. I think it might be kind of funny.

Not really a prediction, but I WANT to see Swog pull this out somehow. It's just such a sily "David vs. Goliath" deal, that I can't imagine not enjoying it, so long as it doesn't go on too long.

I actually like the Hornswaggle shit. It's cartoony, it's stupid, but it's fun. More fun than most of the shit on WWE programming right now. If they drag it out, I'd be annoyed, but as a diversion, it's fine.

I agree. When they first revealed Hornswoggle as McMahon's son, my heart sank a bit, but I think he's a pretty good performer who plays the character about as well as anybody's going to play it, and there's just something about him that makes you want to see him succeed.

But then again, there's only so far you can go with him. This may be the end of the line for The Swog. Maybe Khali will FINALLY be the one to get him out of McMahon's hair for good and we'll never see him again, only to have Khali be rewarded with a World title shot at the next pay per view.

It's so ridiculous, but I want to see what happens. Hornswaggle is a ridiculous character, but you can tell he's having a blast. I kind of hope he's around for a while, always getting McMahon in trouble.

In fact, if the 'Swog were around in the Attitude Era, I don't think anyone would complain.

I wish Hornswoggle would use his 'power' as a McMahon to make matches more often like he did with Cena/Coach.

It happened after Cena attacked Coach and McMahon gave Coach the power to strip Cena of the title should he so choose, but then Lillian made an announcement that the plan had been scratched and Mr. McMahon made a tables match between Cena and Coach that was to begin....RIGHT NOW. Cena FUed Coach through a table and picked up the mic and said "Thank you...MISTER McMahon!" to none other than Hornswoggle at the top of the ramp.


.....or something like that. That was a really confusing night. I'm just saying, they could have had him make all kinds of matches besides that one pseudo-match.

Can you imagine Hornswoggle doing the power walk behind McMahon? That would be awesome.

i can kind of see why you would think that but it was poorly executed and lacked any attempt at realism.

I'm interested in this match for two reasons.
1. The staredown between the two
2. The possibility of The Swog being punted into the 10th row.

And I'm not too angry with the Swog being Vince's son. It is wrestling, it is supposed to be cartoony. And I can see it being over soon.

Prediction: Hornswoggle/Khali will be hailed among a select group of viewers as a hysterical segment that the WWE needs to do more of.

I still say you should just release them both, though. Neither of them contribute thing one to an already not so fantastic product.

I don't know if it's so much that, as it is how crappy his work is now, compared to his WCW/ECW work. Once upon a time, the guy was seriously entertaining. Hell, I remember seeing him live at a WCW event and being impressed. Now I watch and it's rare he does anything much more than any other "not fat" guy in WWE. Rey used to set himself apart from even the other cruiserweights in WCW. At least this is what it was for me, personally. I can't speak for everyone here though.

If not for TPWW, I would have never known people were only pretending to hate Rey.

I suppose ONS was just a few "bad apples" Who were trying to ruin it for everyone.
