National Treasure: Book of Secrets
 

So does anyone plan to go and see this? I think it looks rather intriguing, and I thoroughly enjoyed the first movie. For anyone who hasn't seen the ads on TV or the theatrical trailer, basically, the main character from the first movie has to clear up the name of some old guy who was related to John Wilkes Booth (who assassinated Abraham Lincoln, of course). And the only way he can do it is to track down the “Book of Secrets”. Adventure ensues, so on, and so forth...

It’s out in the US on December 21st.

Looking forward to it. Enjoyed the first one a lot.

I loved the first one...and plan on seeing this one.

The week it comes out I took off from work for a mini vacation type thing. Im gonna finally hit up the movie theater and catch all the movies that I have been missing ove these past few months. Hopefully I can still find a bunch of them out.

Ditto on all of the above. Loved the first one, despite a few bad reviews. The first movie made me realize that listening to critics is an utter waste of time and a bad idea altogether. The movie was awesome, and I expect the same out of this one. Definitely seeing it.

I wasn't aware the first one got bad reviews, I didn't take much notice to be fair.

I really liked it too, I will definitely have to catch this one.

It looks really solid to me. Pretty much, when I saw the first ad on tv...I was like, WHOA! I have GOT to check that out. If the first one was great and it was, who knows how awesome this could be. Hope I'm not let down.

Saw it Saturday. Very fun movie. Loved it.

I dinno, ridic awful movie I thoguht. And the 'history lesson' was all random facts I already knew, kinda just irritated me for some reason.

It was a good movie. I was excited when I first saw previews for it, but it seemed to have a lot of the first movie re-hashed with a few different people and different facts.
Some of the things make you wonder, though, like the President's book of secrets, etc.

Good movie overall. Worth the money.

Just got back. Didn't really care for it much. Probably because it was geared down to a younger audience.

Meh was Ok I guess.

I thought WALL-E was pretty cool.

I had to walk out during the goofy cartoon to make a popcorn run. Pretty stupid. Only to miss like the first 5 minutes of the movie. :mad:
