1 Missed Call
So...This anything more than the "Ring" clone it looks like?
|
But this is SO different! The Ring was about VHS! This is about CELL PHONES! OMG the originality.

They really oughta just call it "The Ring....Tone"

"This ring tone costs more than $2.49...
It costs YOUR LIFE. Please press "OK" to accept." |

Well done.. |
One Missed Call was probably one of the better J-Horror films that got widely known (Ju-on, Ringu, Audition, Kairo, etc). It was one of my favorite 'horror' flicks when I saw it. Sequel was shit though.
Don't know what the American version is gonna be like though... Probably not that good. I dunno. |
Yeah. This is just an american remake of the Japanese hit Chakushin Ari.
Does anybody know if the One Missed Call ringtone is gonna be available for download? |

Eh. Every country has it's own originality issues. The Japanese love ghost/spirit oriented shit, so the same thing gets repeated.
Least their crap isn't constantly blood and guts with an added sex scene and a horrible cast... Clock- You asking about the Japanese ringtone, or the current movie's ringtone? |
Semantics.
|
No, this has nothing to do with the Jews.

Meh...I'm not looking forward to this at all.
The previews weren't even good. |

But seriously, any argument of the absence of those elements is completely ridiculous. |

This movie was so bad.
When we previewed it, we thought I built it out of order because of the lack of a satisfactory and logical ending, or an ending in general, but it ended up being built correctly. It's just a terrible film. |
CoE hates it; I'm having second thoughts.
|
No offense, man. Just that what we enjoy in movies seems to be almost completely polar.
|
Read review, and seen poster, looks stupid, but hey could defy itself.

I'm always interested to see what's the percentage of positive reviews it gets on Rotten Tomatoes, and this is the first modern film I've searched that actually has 0%
