By my count there are 3 things wrong with this picture.

Well, Randy Orton isn't in the Rumble...neither is Jeff Hardy....probably not CM Punk, either.

The Miz is at the front, Matt Hardy is in the picture despite being injured, and Rey Mysterio exists?

I like him, personally, but people here have this false preconception that he sucks. Him being the focus with Jeff Hardy might make a few people go "WTF?"

But he's in the Rumble AND he's getting his ass kicked, ya know?

I never interpreted the Subway scene to exclusively represent the Rumble, anyway. I don't think "wrong" is the right word.

I don't think it's worth looking into very deeply.

Shawn Michaels hasn't kicked Michael Buffer yet.

So..is Michael Buffer just being used for the commercials? Or is he actually gonna introduce the Rumble match in MSG? I hope it's the latter. WWE has never used him, and the Royal "Rumble" in MSG would be the best way to do it.

WWE did use Buffer once (for the Hardy/Holyfield boxing match), but Buffer doing the Rumble would be awesome. :y:

It would be funny if Buffer did one of his long winded introductions for every single person to enter the Rumble, only to have someone tossed out before he was finished. He could just stop in the middle of the introduction and go "....nevermind".

The only two people that have a right to be doing the Rumble are Howard Finkel and Michael Buffer. I would mark out for "Are you ready to Rumble?!?!?!" before the match.

Also, it might be a bit messy at times, but I'd love to see a Rumble where there is not an elimination for a while. You kind of need to toss guys, but I think it would be awesome just one year if they had it spill to the floor and shit because no one is getting tossed. Then someone like Kane comes in and chucks about 12 people, and shatters his record. :love:

Does Kane have the record for most career eliminations yet, or is that still Austin? If he doesn't have that yet, and he's moderately close, they should let him get a bunch since this could be his last rumble.

Jeff= Getting a title shot v. Orton
Orton= Defending(!) against Jeff
Matt= Supposedly out with an injured appendix
M.V.P.= v. Flair in another oh-so-riveting CAREER THREATENING MATCH :roll:

Also, it sort of looks like Orton is trying to reach down Batista’s tights (:wtf:). I guess he wants to find out how much of an “Animal” he is...:shifty:
