I heard about this during WM19.. is this still in the works or whatever happened with this?

It was released with the original WrestleMania 20 DVD and aired the night before WrestleMania 20. It's basically a documentary covering WrestleMania 19.

It was renamed "The Mania of WrestleMania" and, as mentioned above, is part of the WMXX DVD
