Anyone know this movie?
 

This chick and some other bad little girls stay at this, I guess its a juvenile detention, and some bitch makes them work their asses off in the garden (hot weather) and they get treated bad and beat. I seen this when I was young, so I'm guessing it came out in the late 80s or early 90s. ???:shifty:???
