Have you tried seeing what people think around here? Because we've had atleast 5 threads about him...

Santino Marella is one of the few good things about WWE programming. Great on the mic, good in the ring, and it often means we get to see Maria.

He should never wrestle, but the guy is hilarious.

he's improved in the ring alot always makes me laugh on the mic.

Santino sucking in the ring is a myth.

Fine he is the best wrestler since George Hackenschmidt.

Santino is one of the main reasons I tune in on Mondays.

Santino is one of the funniest guys i have seen in a long time to step into a ring.

He's hilarious, but I don't think he'll ever get away from being a mid-card joke. Not that that's a bad thing.

Terrible gimmick.

Personally? Marello is one of my favorite characters in the WWE. I thought he was hilarious once again tonight. My only concern for Marello, is that management might turn him into the next 'Christian' (i.e. a goofy kind of guy, that will have difficulty being taken seriously as a main-eventer). Management will then never give him a main-event push (as we saw with Christian).

Hopefully, this doesn't happen.

Want to know why he’s awesome.

He’s stint in the Rumble, was freaking great, all he did was puff out his chest! He can get a reaction by doing hardly anything, he’s a comedy character, but he’s 3 dimensional, it’s not like there’s only 1 joke with him (Like Goldust’s tourettes sp?)

And his ring work isn’t that bad! Just look at who he works with, plus he’s meant to be a chicken shit heel, what the hell are you guys expecting from him?

Santino's parts at the Rumble were honoustly my favourites of the night.

I'm waiting for some reason for me to actually care about him.

Great character, untested wrestler. He sure is getting squashed a lot for a "hot prospect" though.

It's a cliche but you rarely get a second chance to make a first impression. Short of a total repackaging job, the damage may already be done to his longterm serious prospects.

Oh yeah, and he has the best enterance music.

He's good in the ring but he's stuck with a shitty gimmick.

Santino is amazing, he's probably been buried too much to be considered a threat, but the WWE could easily fix that. Have a Rocky type angle where Santino starts training for a big match, and has video packages each week of him training and improving. Then have him wrestle someone brilliant and almost win. From that point onwards he can be elevated enough to hit the IC title at least once.

The Royal Rumble was the first time I saw him and I thought he was amazing.

God you need to check out his other stuff. I still can't get over him calling Chris Jericho "KYJ".
