Didnt nightmare on elm street have some sort of tv version?
 

I swear to god when i was a kid i remember ebing VERY young and never being allowed to watch it by my grandparents but i KNOW i remember something about a nightmare on elm street tv series of somesort with freddy as well.

also i remember some other tv show that had SERIOUS scary shit on it as well, cant remember its name tho.

I think it was one of those anthology type shows, like Twilight Zone, but hosted by Freddy.

found out it DID have a show called "freddys nightmares" it was supposedly like nothing seen before, an element of twighlight zone if you will but otherwise only a few of the shows actually had freddy in them.
