Best Custom MovieDVD Maker

Looking for a program that makes professional quality Movie DVDs. I've previously used DVD Archetect, and currently trying Adobe Encore 1.5, but trying to find something a little more professional. I want to be able to make high quality title screens and etc.

Any suggestions?
