Hook me up with some Bo Sox tickets

or rather ticket, for the Baltimore @ Red Sox on July 11th.

All the sites I've been too add on extortionate handling and shipping charges, or the ticket I want only comes in pairs, and I don't want to pay for two tickets.

So does anybody know any sites that sell tickets that don't want your shirt off your back at the same time?

Cheers.

P.s.
I've tried Stubhub, gotickets, and Ticketnetonline. And they are all sold out on the Red Sox official website.

lol good luck, they are pretty tough to get. I guess you could risk it and buy a ticket off a scalper outside of the park, you could probably get a single ticket that way but that will be way over priced as well.

I don't know, you usually can out hustle the ticket scalpers. If you ask how much, then pretend you don't want it and start walking away they will usually negotiate.

I dunno, Fenway is pretty small. Usually if you turn them down they will find someone else. The only time I've ever seen them get anywhere near face value was like after the game had started

Well you probably have a point, I mean we're talking about the BoSox here. For some reason I was thinking more along the lines of concerts.

What does Fenway hold? In a city plenty of people probably happen by the stadium hoping to scab a ticket, so I can see what you're saying.

You might as well look at getting tickets to Red Sox away games. I'm going to 3 Sox games in Baltimore at the end of May.

Only holds a little over 38,000.

I also agree with the away game thing, I've gone to an away game the last 3 summers

El Vaquero de Infierno 03-25-2008 10:02 AM

Well where I can go to a game depends on where I will be for the two weeks that I'm in the states.

I'm already going to a Yankees game whilst in New York, and I read that if you are in Boston you should go see a game at Fenway.

i just looked at stub hub for that game, they have plenty of singles.

cheapest

Bleachers $46.00.

Although if you can swing it Field box 70, Row A, Seat 1 for 289.00 would be a great seat.

I would buy from Stubhub but it seems to get pissy once you want to have the tickets sent to the UK. Keeps saying it doesn't recognize the post code for the address. So that is why I'm having to look elsewhere.

www.acetickets.com

they're a local ticket broker, I've used them for years, I'm sure if you contact them and use a CC they would ship to the UK or they're not far from the park you could probably go there a few days before the game or day of.

It seems you should be able to buy a ticket and they'd hold it at Will Call for you, no??

Probably if I bought from the Red Sox website, but they are sold out for that game.
