So, Virgin Media completely ballsed up their live coverage, only showing the first 5 minutes.

How is this even possible? Do they not have any employees stay up working late during live broadcasts to ensure this doesn't happen, or what?

Luckily, I managed to find a working live stream online, so it didn't make that much difference to me.

Please use this thread to let us know how your refund claims go.

How are you surprised Virgin Media messed up? Sub standard TV, phone and net and you bitch? Sounds like they gave the Virgin seal of quality to their coverage.

I usually get all channels "free", the same with PPVs and stuff. I totally forgot about Wrestlemania until last minute [Which was weird!]. I couldnt find the channel Wrestlemania was on, so i did a scan - Found it 30min before it was scheduled to air.

I go away, come back and the screen was indeed black. Thought Virgin just blocked the frequency or something, so i spent about a fucking hour going through all the channels manually without success. About 70% of my channels wasnt working.

Works today though, which is a bit late mind!

I've spoken to a few people it botched for... So if it worked for some people, I'd assume they have regional signals or something, and not all of them failed.

I fucking hate Virgin Media so much. Such a shit service last night. I've been off work ill for the last few days (including today) so I fortunately had time to catch the replay. However they botched up the picture quality during the Edge-Taker match (was still in colour but was fuzzy nonetheless).

Also, why the fuck do Virgin Media only allow 3 replays on Monday only for Wrestlemania, yet with Sky Box Office you can watch repeats frequently up until Saturday? Had I been ok and went to work today then I would have missed all the repeats today.
