So tonight at Backlash I just realised, since we have an ECW title match...
...that means Michael Adamle gets to call a match on PPV.

But I don't think Vince will say anything about it as I believe he's perfectly aware of just how terrible Adamle is, and because he's SO terrible, he's hilarious and it appeals to people like us :D |
Is there anything ECW about ECW anymore? Their baddest wrestler is a commentator, their most dedicated wrestler is a jobber, and their heavyweight title match is between a guy who found his fame in the WWF and another who found his fame in the WCW.
I think they should change it to MCW. Mid-Card Wrestling, with an occasional appearance by somebody who doesn't job 4 times out of 5. |

I would get pissed myself but 3 nights of heavy drinking is starting to take it's toll so I think it's time for a night off. Plus I would probably miss everything Adamle says if i'm hammered, and that would be tragic as it would greatly impair my enjoyment of the show. :nono: |
I still haven't seen him on ECW. Anyone got any YT links to some of his more infamous fluffs or quotes? I'd look but theres usually someone here who can find these things before I get back from the shop for Backlash munchies...
