Whatever happened to that rumour of a WiiWare release of No Mercy?

Did it die a horrible death? I'd assume if there was anything concrete the board would be fapping, but I figured I'd check and see if anyone knew.,

That seems to be the source of the rumour but I like you have heard nothing about it since then and there seems to be no indication it'll be getting a WiiWare release.

I thought WiiWare was suppose to be original titles? Also, it's going to be online as well?
