Razor Ramon and Diesel back when they were babyfaces.
 
Around 95 when Razor was IC champ and Diesel was WWF champ. It seemed like Razor got more fan response then Diesel did. Maybe they should have given Razor the WWF title instead? I wonder how that would have played out.

Survey time.

Scott Hall IS great, in spite of his personal issues. He's one of those guys like Mr. Perfect who was amazing but never won the big one. That's just how it is. Would he have been a World Champion if he hadn't had so many vices? Maybe. Maybe not. Either way, Scott Hall is the shit.

I could see it being agrued that if Scott Hall had a not so addictive personality, then he could have been not as charismatic. It is impossible to say. But maybe his vise in a way helped him get to where he was, but held him back from greatness as well.
