The Bruins one kinda surprised me. I thought they were better than that.

The Chicago Blackhawks are definatly worse than the Bruins but they both have been crappy franchises for years and years....sad really.

I'm almost a little insulted that the Royal's didn't make #1. But then again, the Royals are technically a farm team playing in the major league.

Until their owner passed away this year, they have not televised a home game in like 30 years. The AHL team in Chicago was outdrawing the famed Blackhawks for awhile.

I don't understand how this list includes the Twins. Sure, they have a shitty owner with lots of money who won't spend it because the Twins don't come close to turning a profit, but they have been a model small-market organization for the past eight years.

Fox Sports probably took into account besides the fact they have 3 Workd Series titles(1 as the Washington Senators in 1924, and 2 as the Twins in 1987 and 1991) they were on the brink of contraction 6 years ago.

The Twins are a well run team in terms of scouts and managers but it's the ownership of said team that puts them on that list.

The Bruins don't belong on that list at all, and I think the Montreal Expos should be an honorable mention. Few winning seasons for a team that produced a lot of talent, and very few of those players will be remembered in an Expos uniform.

Other honorable mentions I'd add are the Chicago Blackhawks, St. Louis Blues, and New Jersey Nets.
