Downloaded this and watched it because some people here mentioned it was good. And it was.. but FUCK this movie is depressing. What the hell? :mad:

Natalie Portman is fucking gorgeous though.

It is an awesome movie. Clive Owen and Jude Law talking in Owen's office is one of my all time favourite movie scenes.

It was an amazing movie and I loved every bit of it. I would also say the movie was very 'hot' in general... but it was so sad. Didn't tear up or anything at the end, but I was left sitting there with a hand partially over my mouth as I went "What the fuck?" because of how sad it made me feel. :'(

I quite liked this movie a lot. There are times when it nearly lost me (mainly because I'm not as vicious as some of the characters seem to be, and then they get ravaged by the side effects of their douche qualities, and it just didn't work for me on any level but empathy), but all-in-all I really enjoyed the fuck out of this movie.

I paraphrase: "Are you implying I treat you like a whore?" "Sometimes." "I wonder why that would be?"

Also, the ending -- fucking great.

I watched it with my librarian mother.

Clive Owen is brilliant in this
