(Un)Official ZSNES tournament proposal thread
K as this was touched on in the NHL tourney thread I thought it'd be best to throw the idea out there and see if there's any genuine interest in doing this.
The way I figure it, it'd be best to have it as sort of a league, with points being awarded for wins over other players, since there's obviously more than one game that could be used and it would suck to have a tournament where odds are you'd probably be eliminated in a round using a game you might not be good at, only for a game you are good at to be used later. ...everyone still following? :$ These are the games off the top of my head we could use: ISS Deluxe Mario Kart Super Streetfighter II Super Tennis Turtles Tournament Fighters Mortal Kombat (3?) NBA Jam Obviously it'd be nice to have a good variety and not just a ton of beat-em-ups, so if anyone's got some more suggestions please include them. Sooooooooooooooo...good idea, bad idea? Thoughts, comments? |

Also NHL 94, like the 2004 one, only oldskool :cool:... FIFA 96 might be good too.

Me and Ant use v1.337 for multiplayer (not because of the number, simply because it genuinely works better :o Simple coincidence) So try to download that one if possible. As for games, SF2 and Mario Kart are probably the only multiplayer games I'm decent at. Unless you can somehow manage to do a Donkey Kong Country tournament, although that would be hard to declare winners of. :'( |
