I can only remember a few

Mick Foley (1999) or (1998)

Stone Cold Steve Austin (1998) Defeated Kane

and now CM Punk (2008) Defeated Edge

am I missing anyone else?

Sid won it in 1997

Jericho technically won it for about 20 minutes

Austin won it in 2001

Austin also beat Undertaker for it during 99.

So Austin has won it 3 times on Raw?

I know the first time he won it was when he faced Kane in a first blood match at the ppv and undertaker cost him the match, so Austin challenged Kane for a rematch the following night on raw and beat him..

oh yeah I remember that, "Thanks to the Bigshow" ha ha chokeslam from the top of the ladder.

Edge beat RVD on Raw in 2006.

And Triple H beat the Big Show on Raw in early 2000 i believe.

HHH lost the belt on Raw a couple of years ago from Edge and Bennoit. It didn't change hands, the belt was vacant and HHH just won it at the next PPV.

Triple H won it for the first time ever on Raw too. The night after Summerslam 99 against Mankind

Shawn Michaels vacated the title on Raw when he lost his smile. He didn't lose to anybody, but the title did physically change hands from HBK to Vince.

Which title out of any (besides Hardcore) has changed hands the most times on Raw? I would guess Intercontinental.

I'd guess Tag or Womens.

Could be Tag, especially since the Intercontinental was inactive for awhile. I just figured that there were quite a few teams that held the tag belts for a long time. Women's has a lot of ground to make up because it wasn't even really defended until like 1999.
