RoH fans are well proven to be freaks and weirdos that do not represent the IWC in any way shape or form and are 2nd only to the TNA fans in Orlando. Their opinions are only of their own little sub-species of fans and do not count towards that of any other human.

They aren't going to make him heel. They need him as a face. By making him cynical and holier than thou about his straight edge life style, would make any face he is against pro-drug. Or at least dru gtolerant, which is something WWE can't afford.

To be honest - I think it would be a pretty entertaining storyline if Val Venis went on an incredible winning streak (which culminated in him being IC champion....and then getting a world title shot).
