Is ROH a part of NWA?
 

I was wondering is ROH a part of the NWA? I remember alot of wrestlers who wrestled for both ROH and TNA went only to ROH when TNA split from the NWA banner, so is ROH a part of NWA?


Also wanted to ask what is an easy way of explaning to an idiot friend of mine what the NWA is? He thinks that WWE owns NWA and that the NWA is "just a federation" like TNA, and WCW were. How can I explain how NWA works?

No, they aren't. They're working together, but ROH isn't officially a part of NWA... And really, why would they be?
