I was Assistant Manager, so I made chumps like that guy sweep and mop :lol:

I only made it to crew leader/maint. me and my friend used to hang out on the roof some mornings and pretend we were busy cleaning. like they were gonna come up there and check on us. lol fun days.

We kept our crew on a tight leash so they could never be out of position for too long without one of us noticing. Plus it's a small ass restaurant, so the most people on the clock at any given time was around 5. 7 for the lunch and dinner rushes.
