I want to say this is what they based the Macho Man/Crush thing at Wrestlemania X on. It was falls count anywhere, and after a fall you had 60 seconds to get back into the ring to stay in the match.

When I first heard of the Texas Death Match, I thought it would be like one of those crazy explosion matches like in Japan but it turned to just be a glorified last man standing match :-\
