Ric Flair.... YOU'RE FIRED!

Yeah he is gone from WWE. Available for indy bookings now. Hopefully we see him in CZW or some backyard fed soon.

Xero 08-03-2008 07:47 PM

Vince Russo just creamed himself.

Kane Knight 08-03-2008 07:49 PM

He'll be Nick Flare in TNA in no time. MOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

NeanderCarl 08-03-2008 07:50 PM

If Flair wrestles again, he is a mug.

Vastardikai 08-03-2008 07:50 PM

Zandig could hire him for CZW...

but it'd be a lame show because he wouldn't be able to afford anyone else.

JT 08-03-2008 07:53 PM

source?

» NOTE: I added MORE photos today including some extremely hot pics of BRAND NEW Miley Cyrus in her underwear, Maria's super-HOT teenage sister, tons of diva nipple slips, brand Paris Hilton thong shots in her backyard, Kim kardashian giving oral sex to an ice cream cone, Jessica Alba topless on the beach, much fatter pics of Jonathan Coachman, and TONS and TONS more! The pics were added earlier this evening and are located at this link. You simply click the gallery you want and it takes you right to the pics.

Ryan Clark, confirmed pedophile/fetish for chunky black men.

Don't need one. It happened.

When Meltzer or someone else posts it, you can apologise for doubting me then.

NeanderCarl 08-03-2008 08:07 PM

I'm surprised, but I'm not.

Surprised that Trips/HBK etc didn't succeed in trying to save him (if they fired him) or retain him (if he quit).

Not surprised if it turns out Flair wants to step back in the ring, and WWE said no.

Xero 08-03-2008 08:09 PM

It's mainly on the fact that WWE refused to let him work wherever he wanted. Now he can and WWE still has the option to bring him in, assuming he doesn't go to TNA.

Hanso Amore 08-03-2008 08:11 PM

The guy wants to make appearances they wouldnt let him do, I am pretty sure thats the only reason he is leaving. I doubt he disgraces his legacy by going to TNA.

Yet he readily disgraced his legacy by wrestling for 15 years beyond his sell-by date.

Xero 08-03-2008 08:13 PM

Realistically, it's a very distant possibility because of his relationship with Hunter.

But you know TNA would try to cash in on one more Flair/Sting match and I'm positive they'll attempt to get him.

Bad Company 08-03-2008 08:20 PM

I had a dream he was released by the WWE last night. Amazing.

#1-norm-fan 08-03-2008 08:31 PM

Jeez, your dreams suck dick...

RGWhat316 08-03-2008 09:16 PM

Damn, just saw it listed on wrestling-edge.com

Maybe now he can do a ROH appearance.

NeanderCarl 08-03-2008 10:43 PM

Apparently it's a perfectly amicable seperation. Wouldn't surprise me if these sites are jumping the gun, and all that's happened is a renegotiation and Flair is being shifted to a Legends deal instead of a talent contract, to allow him to make outside appearances whilst still legally committed to the WWE (ie. he won't need their permission to make appearances at conventions, ceremonies, independant shows etc., yet will still make appearances for WWE when required and will be unable to contractually commit to a competitor like TNA).

Fox 08-03-2008 11:13 PM

WOOO!

NeanderCarl 08-04-2008 12:04 AM

If Flair requested this release, he's mad. He will never earn as much as he was making with WWE anywhere else, he's in financial ruins as it is, he was on a guaranteed wage for the next three years and he's lived outside of his means for the last thirty years as it is with his legit "nature boy" lifestyle.

I read that he's hoping to pursue television and film roles... "hoping" certainly is the operative word. The slurring, befuddled man that Flair is today has no hope... ten years ago, I'd have said give the man his own series! But not today.

Quick! Dream that Maria's hot sister and Trish Stratus and her tiny purple bikini both tag team me in bed!

SammyG 08-04-2008 12:34 AM

I don't ever wanna see Ric Flair wrestling for another company, would be complete shit.

Bad Company 08-04-2008 12:59 AM

I HAVE PREDICTED THE FUTURE.

ALL HAIL BAD COMPANY!

D Mac 08-04-2008 01:37 AM

Appearances are fine, heck even love for him to start calling a few matches, get involved promoting a company that practices decent wrestling etc.

But if he gets in the ring.... pfft. Come on, he aint that stupid? IS HE?

6to1 08-04-2008 05:24 PM

Stick this thread in the "Rob is wrong" folder.

Leslie Nielsen could always use a stunt double...

Yeah that would've been better timing.

Not really surprised by this though.
