actually went and saw it right after work yesterday...

It wasnt bad. Of course we have all learned that it will never live up to the original trilogy.

The greatest thing about the movie is that the film is actually like 90% action scenes. The movie is all action.

Critics say it was a waste of time. Just a big trailer to the new series on Cartoon Network.

I don't get why "The Boss" gave this the green light anyhow.

I don't think I could deal with Yoda not being voiced by Frank Oz.

Yeah, being that it was originally intended to be 4 episodes on tv, the animation isn't feature film quality.

Don't they already have a Clone Wars series on DVD or something?

Yeah, they have that animated one that was done by the Samurai Jack guys. That one wasn't too bad. Not for the story or anything, but for the action.

The original clone wars shorts were fucking awesome. Got them both on dvd.

Also, they need to do one more season of Samarai Jack. Even a straight to dvd movie, just to finish the story. Such an awesome show. Gennedy Tartokovsky is gold, in anything he does

I'll probably get the DVD when it comes out simply coz it's Star Wars. But it doesn't look that great, and the animation looks really poor.

I also read a review saying that it totally lacked any suspence or excitement because EVERYONE knows how the story will turn out in the end anyway.

For cheap thrills I'll get it. It is Star Wars after all.

I'm a huge Star Wars fan, even have room in my heart for the original Clone Wars cartoon and the prequels, but that movie was shit. (it looked beautiful however)
