Honestly I doubt you will get banned anyways unless you are posting fake torrents, and -only- leeching. Like if they see you have 20+ gigs downloaded and like 1 uploaded, then yeah you might get banned. But I really doubt many people get banned.

I used uTorrent, and I try to have a 1.5 ratio for every Torrent I download.

For bigger files, I just don't use demonoid, so that I don't have to worry about seeding. For anything under 2-3 gigs I don't care though.
