But we're talking about a much larger situation and legislation here rather than an individual event.

A tazer (as far as I know from use in the UK) should only be used in a situation where deadly force would have been necessary and/or where an officer is worried over their perosnal safety.

Would they have shot Flairs daughter, no. Would she have hurt them, I don't know.

Is it a common occurance? Yes.

New reports are saying the officer who was assaulted, received a bruise the size of a quarter, was immediately taken to the hospital to get ice on it before it killed him.

Thankfully, the suspects kicking rampage came to an end before she took out any buildings.
