Suddenly no picture on the internet will load for me. What the hell is this.

Try to clear your internet cache. You can easily clean it up, as well as other unneeded files, by using a program such as CCleaner. Make sure you close your browser first.

If that doesn't work, restart.

It turns out that it got set to "No Images" in the View toolbar for some reason.

That could do it too. :p
