What's an extremely scary film?
 

So I got a girl coming over to watch a film. She always brags about how nothing scares her.
What are some good horrors?
Her biggest fear is clowns apparently. Found out while watching IT :lol:

Ernest Scared Stupid scared the shit out of me when I was a little kid.

Seriously though, there's a movie called [Rec]. It's being remade in the US as a movie called Quarantine, but it's hella freaky (the spanish version is, at least).

I know what would scare her.

If you want to go really fucking scary watch "Mermaid in the Manhole" or "Doll Master."

"Battle Royale" is an awesome and very tense film as well.

Fucking absolutely love this movie but it's not scary..

I consider movies that are extremely unsettling to be scarier than anything else.

Can't go wrong with The Shining. Though if you're looking for a good date/horror flick, I'd go with An American Werewolf in London.

Me too. A lot of people tend to think it's silly but that film scared the shit out of me on some stragne level. Incedibly disturbing and the scariest movie to come down the pike, for me, in ages.
I also love scary movies, and see a ton, but I'm rarely actually scared by anything. So that's saying something.
