Little things you've stolen from wrestling.
 

I'm sure every fan has done this once or twice before, where they steal something they've heard a wrestler say and then say it to their friends and family. If you don't do it, then, well, you're clearly not catching onto some great shit.

A few weeks ago Santino cut a promo on Randy Orton where he talked about how Orton's dad always had that cast, but Santino's dad was always healthy, 'cept when he "got-a the herpes."
Since then when I've needed to talk about some STD (which happens painfully more often than it should) I talk about "a The Herpes." For example "Ten bucks says she has-a the herpes" or "I would go to New Jersey, but I don't want to get-a the herpes."

I've also been plugging MamaJuana Extreme (which is seriously a great product). At first it was joke because of C.H.L. MAMAJUANA EXTREME DOT COM!!!! However, after trying it out all I have to say is "Holy God!!!" It's a great product. I love this stuff.


I was talking to a dime a dozen girl at a bar in Nevada when I was on vacation. She said with my facial hair I looked like a "bad boy." Seeing the rock on her finger and knowing that her husband was in the can I decided just to mess around. "You can be good, you can be bad, or you can be Me." If you don't know, it's a play on The Miz's motto on his site, and what he said when he was a singles wrestler.
Speaking of The Miz, I'm also going to change my voice mail into one of the intros from The Dirt Sheet. I'm just torn between "You've reached Daniel, and for six months I thought Nancy Grace was a man" or "I'm not here, but for three weeks I waited outside the Dublin Theater to give Michael Flatley the beating of his life."

I was talking about cooking with a friend (Sorry Know Your Role, this isn't a throwback to The Rock). Someone mentioned curry, and they asked what I knew about it. So I just went over the top. "It's Hot! It's Spicy! It TASTES GREAT!!!"

So, anyone else totally stole something they heard on wrestling?

I use the word chumpstain a lot. I don't even remember which wrestler I got that from. Edge? Christian? Anyone remember?

I'm fairly sure I've heard both men use it when they were a team.

Also, JR has inspired me to add the phrase "GOOD GOD!" into my vocabulary.

I used that sparingly throughout my youth. I was more inclined to use "and that's the bottom line..."

I used to do taunts during beer pong, like crotch chops, hulkster pose-downs, probably some Scott Hall got in there too. Also the fake handshake/run your fingers through your hair.

Sometimes I dance around on my street, singing loudly, "WHAT'S UP! ... WHAT'S UP! ... WHAT'S UP! ..."

Nobody ever sings along with me. :(

Honestly, I've yelled "Get the tables!" a few times, for the purpose of telling somebody to get more than one table.

I used to say "and that's the bottom line" when I would beat someone in DOA.

When playing people in Halo I would say something like "do you smell what i'm cooking?" when I was about to snipe someone, had to stop that, became predictable.

Didn't do the hand wave, but when I killed my friend in Crysis I yelled "you can't see me!"

Sometimes I yell "Oh, Flash, you are sooooooo funky!" randomly.

I constantly still do the DX crotch chop

One thing that just hit me- If someone who I don't really like is bitching to me about something my response has become "Sorry about your damn luck."

I have occasionally busted out the Das Wunderkind dance.

Me and my buddy (a former pro-wrestler) often do wrestling moves in the mosh pit.

I have a friend who watched wrestling around 2003, and I don't really see him now. But when I do, we do the 'you can't see me' thing.

I've also been known to pull out the Foley thumbs up/goofy smile

Everytime I walk into a public spot and I feel all eyes are on me, I scan the place like I'm a heel making an entrance at a PPV.

Definately the Flair "Wooooooooooooooo" and Flair strut when I'm in a drunkard during a night out.

Sometimes put it a "it's true...it's damn true" after telling a story.

Randy Orton's Evolution pose when I'm in the gym and no one is looking.

Lance Storm's "If I can be serious for a second" (the dry humor is that I naturally come off as a serious person, so when I say it, it is unexpected. Like, when have I ever NOT been serious.

If I'm walking with my ipod and a wrestling theme song comes on (I have 50 or so wrestling related songs) I somehow walk differently, as if I'm hyped up to whip some ass. Or I'll think abotu wrestling, of course. Listening to Fuel "Leave the Memories Alone" still brings a tear to my eye.

Also, ever since I saw those old OVW vids of Domino, and how he'd say "OHHHHHHHHH!" when he entered a room or after a joke...I adopted it. Usually gets decent laughs just because of the randomness.</font>

I've been known to do the bang-bang pose from time to time.

I like to do the Flair "WOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" after scoring a goal when playing hockey. Makes my friends laugh. In fact I yell "WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" way too much. I do it all the time when I do something good. I'm willing to bet it's pretty annoying.
