I guess he's returning with a "new" name, Hurricane Helms. Does this mean the return of the superhero getup? Or just a new twist to the gimmick?

It's "Hurricane Helms", not "The Hurricane". It's the name he was using before his Superhero run. He's coming back as a face, tho, that much is clear. I'm sure his next heel turn will revert to Gregory Helms.

It'd make more sense to turn him heel in Houston using the Hurricane gimmick.

Imagine the genuine heat he'd get. He could make all kinds of puns, like blowing the roof off the stadium or reference the flood of Hurricane Fans buying merchandise.

He should play both Hurricane Helms AND Gregory Helms. They'd look exactly the same, but one would be face and the other would be heel, and they'd be bitter rivals who could never actually collide because they are the same person.

Greggory "Hurricane" Helms. I guess that works. I mean that gimmick was a big part of him. It's like he's tying all of his personalities together. But I think he's still going to be a heel.

His promos have all been making fun of the heels. He's coming back face.
