If Jericho wants to be seen as "serious" and drop the Y2J thing, why did he keep the exact same entrance, with "Y2J" references and all?

Pretty sure they altered his titantron video to remove Y2J references, but I still think he needs new music.

Yeah, I found it silly that he didn't get new music to go along with the whole reinvention of himself thingy. But meh, what can you do?

That music is Jericho. What else could they possibly give him that wouldn't be a total letdown?

Honestly, all they really need to do is cut the countdown and it still makes sense.

Both of them are old hat and Y2J related. Get rid of the pair of them and get something completely new.

It doesn't say "Y2J" in the song. I don't see the problem.

Yeah, they changed it to say SAVE.ME instead of SAVE.US at the top of the titantron and they took out the SAVE_US.Y2J from the actual video.

Changing Jericho's music would be like changing The Rock's music. It's part of his character. and his entrance is still one of the top 5 in the WWE today.

They changed The Rock's music plenty of times. And the Hollywood theme he had was awesome.

Yeah the Hollywood theme was awesome. It was just a somewhat slowed down version of his previous theme, but if fit him so well during that last run he had.

But it's not the same. He pretty much just walks to the ring now. All of the flair and bravado is gone.

Even the his cocky pose/pin is gone.

That is definitely Mongoose McQueen and not Chris Jericho.

I don't really agree that he needs to change his theme. Jericho, right now, seems too focused on other things to actually care what his theme music is. That's why it hasn't really changed. I will grant that the countdown being dropped would be good, though.
