For those who like Explosions in the Sky
I know a few of you on here like them, but watched the movie The Kingdom for the first time tonight and heard music throughout the movie which sounded just like Explosions. Well, it wasn't. It was by a guy named Danny Elfman. But yea, sounds a lot like Explosions in the sky.
Here's part of the final song <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/PssoTrltGMg&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/PssoTrltGMg&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object> |
lol "a guy named" Danny Elfman.
You might remember him from scores such as COME THE FUCK ON, LOOSE CANNON: <EMBED src=http://www.youtube.com/v/t0KP7jpOCxQ&hl=en&fs=1 width=425 height=344 type=application/x-shockwave-flash allowfullscreen="true" allowscriptaccess="always"></EMBED> <EMBED src=http://www.youtube.com/v/kRZAk2rfESU&hl=en&fs=1 width=425 height=344 type=application/x-shockwave-flash allowfullscreen="true" allowscriptaccess="always"></EMBED> + Beetlejuice and a bunch of other Tim Burton films (Nightmare Before Christmas included, plus he sang for Jack Skellington), the Men in Black films, Batman: TAS, Desperate Housewives, Tales from the Crypt and Dilbert. "some guy" indeed. |
And they call him Sandy Claws.

I never pay attention to composers |
Maybe you should, because it turns out some of them are quite prolific :p
